Lecture: Eurolegalism: The Transformation of Law and Regulation in the European Union, April 28, 2011

Prof. Daniel Kelemen (Jean Monnet Chair and Director, Centre for European Studies at Rutgers University) will deliver the fifth lecture in EUCE York’s Lectures in Law and Governance Series on Thursday, April 28, 2011 from 4:30-5:30 pm in the Glendon Senate Chamber, York Hall, C Wing (#9 on the map found here). This lecture will be delivered as the keynote address for the conference “Adversarial Legalism à l’Européen” and will be based on his new book, Eurolegalism: The Transformation of Law and Regulation in the European Union, a recent publication of Harvard University Press.
