This Working Papers Series is part of  the of the European Union Centre of Excellence at York University’s efforts to support the creation of and disseminate scholarship related to the European Union. As it grows, this series will incorporate work from a variety of disciplines and perspectives.

The initial contributions to the Series found below were originally presented the EUCE York’s Graduate Student Conference “Ever Closer Union?/Union sans cesse plus étroite?” which took place in Toronto on March 11/12, 2010.
