Canada-EU Business Lecture: The Canada-EU Economic and Trade Agreement – Opportunities and Risks, April 6, 2011

Flag-Pins-European-Union-CanadaEUCE York and the IMBA Program of the Schulich School of Business are pleased to present the second annual Canada-EU Business Lecture on Wednesday, April 6th from 11am to 12:30pm in room N105, Schulich School of Business (building #42 on the map found here). This year’s lecturer will be Mr. Ashley Prime who is both the Deputy Consul and Director for Trade with Great Britain’s Toronto consulate. His lecture will be entitled “The Canada-EU Economic and Trade Agreement: Opportunities and Risks”.

Mr. Prime joined the Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 1978. He has been posted to Beijing, Guangzhou, London, Rome and Milan, working in areas of Science, Trade and Innovation, Policy issues and Press & Media. Following his time in Italy, he accepted a private sector secondment with City Inn as their Head of International Development before taking up his current appointment in Canada.
