The Nathanson Centre on Transnational Human Rights, Crime and Security at the Osgoode School of Law, York University and a partner of EUCE York presented a lecture by Prof. Neil Walker (University of Edinburgh) entitled “Legal Pluralism and Legal Universalism in a Global Context” on Friday, November 4, 2011.
