John Young and David Mutimer, Director of York Centre for International and Security Studies

EUCE York and the York Centre for International and Security Studies were pleased to present a lecture by Dr. John Young, Associate Professor in the War Studies Department at Royal Military College (Kingston ON) on Thursday, October 20th from 12:30 to 2:00 pm in room 626 York Research Tower. The lecture was entitled “EU-NATO Relations in a Post-American World” and was presented as part of the series EUCE Lectures on EU Law and Governance. It is available as a streaming audio file here.

A strategic studies and international security specialist, Dr. Young has published widely. His current research focuses on the international security implications of Arctic multilevel governance structures as well as on regional security institutions and intervention regimes in support of international peacekeeping and peace enforcement operations.
